Hawaiian Broiled Fish Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Soy sauce | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Brown sugar - packed | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cider vinegar | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground ginger | 
| 1 | Garlic - crushed | |
| 1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | White fish fillets | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh parsley - minced | 
Combine 1st 6 ingredients, marinate fish in sauce for 20 minutes. Turning once.
Reserve sauce, broil fish - 5" from heat for 4 minutes, turn, baste with sauce and broil 4 minutes.
Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
