Linguine In Clam Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter - melted |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Pepper |
| 16 oz | 454g | Sliced mushrooms - drained |
| 8 oz | 227g | Linguine - cooked, drained |
| 13 oz | 369g | Clams - minced, drained |
| Parmesan cheese - grated | ||
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Parsley - fresh chopped |
Saute garlic in butter in large skillet over low heat for 1 minute.
Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes. Stir in clams, parsley, salt and pepper.
Heat thoroughly.
Pour over linguine and toss well.
Heat through and top with Parmesan cheese.
