Oven Salmon Cakes Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 1/4 cups | 182g / 6.4oz | Ritz crackers - crushed coarse |
| 1 | Egg - slightly beaten | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Parsley - snipped |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Green onion - sliced |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Milk |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 16 oz | 454g | Salmon - drained and flaked |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Sharp cheese - shredded |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter |
Combine 3/4 cup cracker crumbs, egg, parsley, onion, milk, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Add salmon and cheese; mix. Shape into 4 patties.
Mix butter with remaining crumbs and coat patties with mixture.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 400F for 10 minutes.
