Pecan-Crusted Grouper Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 | Grouper fillets - (1/2 lb.) | |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dijon mustard |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Flour |
| 2 | Egg whites - lightly beaten | |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Pecan halves - chopped medium |
| Fine in a food processor |
Lightly coat fish fillets all over with mustard. Dust with flour, shaking off excess.
Dip in egg whites, then roll in chopped pecans. Place fish on a baking sheet sprayed with vegetable oil.
Bake at 425F for 15 - 20 minutes, until cooked through.
