Salmon and Rice Balls Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Canned salmon |
| 1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Cooked rice |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Bread crumbs |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - minced |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Green pepper - chopped |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | - salt |
| 2 | Eggs - slightly beaten | |
| 1 | Cream of mushroom soup | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | -- water |
Mix all ingredients except soup and water. Roll mixture into small balls; place in shallow baking pan.
Cover with soup and water mixture.
Bake 30 minutes at 350F (180C).
