Salmon Noodle Romanoff Recipe - Cooking Index
| 8 oz | 227g | Noodles - uncooked |
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Creamed cottage cheese |
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Sour cream |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Finely chopped onion |
| 1 | Minced garlic | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire sauce - up to 2 teaspoons |
| 1 | Pepper sauce | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
| 16 oz | 454g | Canned salmon - drained |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Shredded sharp cheddar cheese - 2 ripe mangos and |
Heat oven to 325F
Cook noodles as directed on package, drain.
Mix noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream, onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, pepper sauce, salt and salmon.
Place about 1 cup of salmon mixture in 5 or 6 greased baking shells or individual casseroles.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake, uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
Can also be baked in a 2 quart casserole for 40 minutes.
