Scallops Zinfandel Recipe - Cooking Index

| 2 | Chopped onions | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped parsley |
| 10 | Garlic minced | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Zinfandel white wine |
| Salt - pepper | ||
| Plain crackers |
Place scallops in a dish and pour wine over them.
Sprinkle with onions, garlic, salt and pepper 7 crumbled crackers.
Bake for 10 minutes at 300F.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
