Shrimp Remoulade - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Paprika |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 | Celery - fine chop | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Creole mustard |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | White pepper |
1/2 | White onion - chopped finely | |
Chopped parsley |
Mix all ingredients well and chill.
Serve on cold boiled shrimp.
