Three Cheese Pasta Salad With Shrimp Recipe - Cooking Index
3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Salad shrimp - cooked |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Sharp cheddar - diced |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Smoked gouda - grated |
1 cup | 237ml | Feta - crumbled |
5 | Green onions - sliced | |
1 cup | 237ml | Black olives - sliced |
1 cup | 237ml | Light sour cream |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Mayonnaise |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Fresh dill - chopped |
10 oz | 284g | Pasta shells |
Salt | ||
Black pepper |
Cook pasta until tender, but still firm. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions and dill.
Put pasta in large bowl and mix in cheese and olives. Toss with dressing.
Carefully mix in shrimp.
Chill 1 hour before serving.
