Tuscan Tuna Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1   White tuna - (13 oz)
  Packed in water - drained
1   Dark red kidney - (8 oz)
  Beans - rinsed and drained
1   Tomato - seeded and diced (large)
1/2 cup 118mlRipe olives - sliced
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozSliced green onions and tops
1/2 cup 118mlPace picante sauce
1/3 cup 78mlBottled Italian dressing
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlDried basil - crushed
3 cups 120g / 4.2ozShredded spinach leaves

Recipe Instructions

Combine tuna, beans, tomato, olives and onions in large bowl.

Combine Pace Picante Sauce, dressing and basil in small bowl, mixing well; add to tuna mixture.

Toss lightly. Chill.

Arrange spinach on serving plate; top with tuna mixture.

Serve with additional Pace Picante Sauce.
