Tuscan Tuna Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | White tuna - (13 oz) | |
Packed in water - drained | ||
1 | Dark red kidney - (8 oz) | |
Beans - rinsed and drained | ||
1 | Tomato - seeded and diced (large) | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Ripe olives - sliced |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Sliced green onions and tops |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Pace picante sauce |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Bottled Italian dressing |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried basil - crushed |
3 cups | 120g / 4.2oz | Shredded spinach leaves |
Combine tuna, beans, tomato, olives and onions in large bowl.
Combine Pace Picante Sauce, dressing and basil in small bowl, mixing well; add to tuna mixture.
Toss lightly. Chill.
Arrange spinach on serving plate; top with tuna mixture.
Serve with additional Pace Picante Sauce.
