| 1 1/4 cups | 200g / 7.1oz | Wild rice - cooked |
| 1 | Green pepper - diced | |
| 1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Celery - diced |
| 1 | Bermuda onion - diced | |
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Fresh mushrooms - sliced |
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Lobster meat - cooked |
| 1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Lump crab meat - cooked |
| 1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Shrimp - cleaned |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Curry powder |
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Mayonnaise |
| Salt and pepper - to taste | ||
| Bread crumbs; buttered - opt. |
Mix all ingredients lightly in a greased casserole.
Bake 45 minutes at 350F.
Buttered bread crumbs may be sprinkled over top.
