Place the teabags in a large teapot. Add the boiling water; let stand, covered, 10 minutes. Remove the teabags and stir in the sugar substitute until it dissolves; let cool.
Pour the grapefruit juice and 3 cups cold water into a large pitcher; stir in the cooled tea. Pour over ice and serve, garnished with the mint.
