Pork Sate Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Pork tenderloin - cut 1" cubes | 
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Creamy peanut butter | 
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Soy sauce | 
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Lime juice | 
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Brown sugar | 
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Chopped onion | 
| 1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Ground coriander | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco pepper sauce | 
Mix pork and all other ingredients in large container with tight-fitting lid. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 3 hours.
To cook, thread about 5 pieces of meat on each of 8 skewers. Place on grill when charcoal coals have reached light gray ash stage. Cook 10 minutes, turn and cook 10 minutes longer.
This recipe yields 8 servings.
