Avocado Filling

Recipe Ingredients

4   Avocados - (4 to 5) - peeled, chopped fine
1   White onion - finely chopped (small)
1/4 cup 4g / 0.1ozFinely-chopped cilantro
3 cups 438g / 15ozSerrano chiles - finely chopped (small) (or 1 small jalapeno chile)
  Juice of 2 limes
  Sea salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Mash the avocados with a fork and stir in the onions, cilantro, chiles, and lime juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
