Orange Cilantro Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 | Oranges - peeled, sectioned | |
| 1 | Cilantro, leaves and stems - roughly chopped | |
| 1 | Jalapeno chile - stemmed, seeded, (small) and finely diced | |
| 1 | Red onion - julienned (small) | |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil | 
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Red wine vinegar | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cracked black pepper | 
Combine the oranges, cilantro, jalapeno, onion, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
This recipe yields about 1 1/2 to 2 cups of salsa.
