3 tablespoons | 45ml | Cider vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Canola oil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sugar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
In a medium bowl, combine the oranges, cucumber, pepper and onion. Add the vinegar, oil, sugar and salt; toss to coat. Serve at once.
