Cold Tofu Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Rice vinegar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Light soy sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy oil |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | White sesame seeds |
| 1/2 cup | 8g / 0.3oz | Roughly-chopped cilantro |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Finely-grated fresh ginger - (a generous tbs) |
| 2 | Green onions - finely sliced | |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| 2 | Tofu blocks - (abt 20 oz) - drained on | |
| Paper towels |
Combine the dressing ingredients and set aside.
Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes and arrange on individual plates. Cover with the dressing and serve immediately.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
