Asian Green Bean Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Long green beans - trimmed, cooked, and cooled |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Crushed red pepper flakes |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Rice vinegar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chopped garlic |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sesame oil |
| 2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Cherry tomatoes - halved |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Crushed toasted peanuts |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
In a bowl toss all ingredients together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature.
