Ayran Yogurt Shake Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Yogurt | |
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Cold water | 
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Heavy cream | 
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Crushed ice | ||
| Fresh mint leaves - for garnish | 
Place the yogurt, water, cream and salt in a blender and blend for about 1 minute, or until frothy. Refrigerate for later use, or pour into tall, chilled glasses over crushed ice, and garnish with mint leaves.
