| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Curry powder |
| Water to make a runny paste | ||
| 1 | Salt | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Canola oil |
Make a paste with the curry powder, water and a pinch of salt. Slowly add the oil. Let stand for 1 hour to settle. Use the top portion of yellow oil for garnish.
