Corn Relish Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Fresh corn kernels |
| (about 2 large ears) | ||
| 1 cup | 237ml | Plain low-fat yogurt |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Brown sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced seeded jalapeno |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
Drop corn kernels into a large saucepan of boiling water, and cook 1 minute; drain. Combine corn and remaining ingredients in a bowl; toss well. Yield: 1 1/2 cups (serving size: 6 tablespoons).
