| 1 | Cooked pinto beans - and juice | |
| 1 | Tomato - chopped (large) | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
| Fresh ground black pepper | ||
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped cilantro |
Saute the bacon, jalapenos and the onion until well browned. Add the beans, tomato and spices; bring to a boil, add cilantro, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
