Mushrooms And Rice Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 oz | 85g | Mushrooms - sliced |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter - (or marg.), melted |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
| 1 | Pepper - white | |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Sherry |
| 3 cups | 480g / 16oz | Rice; hot - cooked |
Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Saute mushrooms in butter about 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper, and sherry; simmer about 5 minutes. Stir in rice; add liquid drained from mushrooms and heat thoroughly.
