Onion Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Onions - sliced |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Cottage cheese |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Heavy cream |
| 1 | Pie crust | |
| Salt | ||
| Pepper | ||
| Cayenne |
Saute onions in butter until soft. Blend cottage cheese with cream and season to taste. Pour into pie shell. Spread onions over cheese. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes.
