Poached Alaska Halibut With Shrimp Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Cooked pink shrimp - thawed if necessary |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Mayonnaise |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Dill weed |
| 12 oz | 340g | Poached Halibut Steaks - see * Note |
* Note: See the "Sweet And Sour Alaska Halibut" recipe for poaching instructions.
Combine all ingredients except poached halibut; mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
Serve with hot or cold poached halibut steaks.
