Poached Alaska Halibut With Shrimp Sauce

1/2 cup 118mlSour cream
1/3 cup 78mlCooked pink shrimp - thawed if necessary
1 tablespoon 15mlMayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlDill weed
12 oz 340gPoached Halibut Steaks - see * Note

Recipe Instructions

* Note: See the "Sweet And Sour Alaska Halibut" recipe for poaching instructions.

Combine all ingredients except poached halibut; mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.

Serve with hot or cold poached halibut steaks.

This recipe yields 2 servings.
