Roasted Red Bell Pepper Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 237ml | Roasted red bell peppers - bottled |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Tomato juice |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sun-dried tomatoes - chopped |
| 1 oz | 28g | -- not oil-packed , about |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Balsamic vinegar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tomato paste |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
| 2 | Garlic |
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until smooth.
Yield: 1 1/2 cups (Serving size: 1 tablespoon).
