Alfredo Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

12 oz 340gEvaporated skim milk
1 tablespoon 15mlCornstarch
1 teaspoon 5mlMolly mcbutter
2 tablespoons 30mlParmesian cheese - fat-free
1 pinch  White pepper

Recipe Instructions

Reserver 2 Tblsp Evaporated Skim Milk, place the rest in a saucepan over medium heat. Combine the reserved milk with the cornstarch.  Add Cornstarch to the saucepan and mix well. Continue cooking, stirring until the sauce has thickened.

Stir in Butter substitute, parmesean cheese, and white pepper.
