Veggie Sandwich Spread Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Firm tofu | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Soy mayonnaise | 
| 1 | Green onion - diced | |
| 1 | Green bell pepper - diced | |
| 1 | Celery stalk - chopped | |
| 1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Sunflower or sesame seeds | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Curry powder | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Turmeric | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder | 
Crumble the tofu with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve on crackers or bread.
