| 1 | Cream cheese - at room temperature | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Milk | 
| 1 | Chipped beef - finely chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced onion | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Finely chopped green bell pepper | 
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Black pepper | 
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream | 
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Finely chopped pecans | 
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Chips or crackers | 
Preheat oven 350F.
In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and milk.
Stir in chipped beef, onion, green pepper, pepper and sour cream.
Mix well. Pour into a small baking dish and sprinkle pecans on top.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes in a 350F oven. Serve hot with chips or crackers.
