Chipped Beef Dip

Recipe Ingredients

1		Cream cheese - at room temperature
2 tablespoons	30ml	Milk
1		Chipped beef - finely chopped
2 tablespoons	30ml	Minced onion
1 tablespoon	15ml	Finely chopped green bell pepper
1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	Black pepper
1/2 cup	118ml	Sour cream
1/4 cup	36g / 1.3oz	Finely chopped pecans
1 lb	454g / 16oz	Chips or crackers

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven 350F.

In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and milk.

Stir in chipped beef, onion, green pepper, pepper and sour cream.

Mix well. Pour into a small baking dish and sprinkle pecans on top.

Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes in a 350F oven. Serve hot with chips or crackers.
