Cilantro Guacamole Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 474ml | Avocados - seeded and peeled (large) |
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Tomato - finely chopped (small) |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Red onion - finely chopped (small) |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Red pepper - finely chopped (small) |
| 1 | Jalapeno chili - finely chopped | |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Lime juice |
| 1 | Garlic - minced | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh cilantro - finely chopped |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cumin |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1. Mash avocados in a mixing bowl.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients and dash of pepper.
3. Cover and chill up to 8 hours.
Notes: Makes 2 cups, serve with tortilla chips.
