Fiesta Shrimp Dip

Recipe Ingredients

9 oz 255gCooked shrimp - rinsed and drained*
3 oz 85gCream cheese - softened
1/2 cup 118mlThousand island salad dressing
1/4 cup 59mlMayonnaise
1/3 cup 78mlPace picante sauce
2 tablespoons 30mlOnion - grated
1 teaspoon 5mlPrepared horseradish
2 tablespoons 30mlGreen onion tops - thinly sliced

Recipe Instructions

*Or use 10 ounces frozen shrimp, cooked, shelled and thawed.

Finely chop shrimp, reserving a few whole shrimp for garnish.

Combine chopped shrimp with remaining ingredients except green onions; mix well.

Spoon into serving bowl; garnish with green onion and reserved shrimp. Chill.

Serve with assorted crackers, chips or vegetable dippers.

Makes about 2-1/2 cups dip.
