| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter - at room temperature |
| 1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Grated cheddar cheese |
| 1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Finely chopped baked ham |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | Cayenne pepper | |
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Sifted all-purpose flour |
Preheat the oven to 350F. Combine the butter, cheese, ham, and seasonings in a medium-size bowl and mix well. Gradually add the flour, mixing well after each addition.
Shape the dough into a smooth ball. Break off small pieces of dough the size of large marbles. Place the balls on a baking sheet and bake until lightly browned, 15-18 minutes.
