Hot Shrimp Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Cream cheese | 
| 8 oz | 227g | Shrimp - 150 - 200 count, raw | 
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Yellow onion - finely chopped | 
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Tomato - finely chopped | 
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Jalapeno peppers - finely chopped | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Garlic juice | 
Combine all ingredients and heat in a bain-marie (hot bath or double boiler) for 1 hour.
Best served with large dipping Fritos.
Keep hot, perhaps in a crockpot.
