Jamaican Chicken Wings Recipe - Cooking Index

| 2 | Scotch bonnet peppers - or | |
| 4 | Jalapenos - seeded | |
| 3 | Green onions | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Red wine vinegar |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Olive oil |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Soy sauce |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Dark rum |
| 1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Brown sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh thyme |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground cloves - nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon |
Blend all marinade ingredients in a blender.
Marinate chicken wings overnight.
Use gallon plastic bags.
Cook wings in a 350F oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
Baste frequently.
