| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Cider vinegar |
| 8 teaspoons | 40ml | Ketchup |
| A few pinches of salt | ||
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cayenne pepper |
| A few pinches red pepper flakes | ||
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Brown sugar |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Water or beer |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Fresh ground pepper |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon juice - (optional) |
| 1 | Garlic - (optional), minced fine | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chili powder |
combine and heat 'till it boils then simmer for ten minutes
