Pokara Dipping Sauce - Tamarind Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Tamarind pulp | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Red chile powder | 
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar | 
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Water | 
Soak Tamarind in hot water for about one hour. Drain the tamarind and grind it in a mortar and pestil.
If its already ground, then just mash it and mix other ingredients.
