Shrimp Dip Delight Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Shrimp - raw |
| 8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese |
| 2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Green onion - chopped fine |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Lemon juice |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Parsley - chopped |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cayenne pepper |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
| 1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Celery - chopped |
Boil, peel and devein shrimp. Chop finely and set aside.
In a bowl, blend cream cheese with onion, celery, lemon juice, parsley, salt, cayenne pepper, and mayonnaise.
Fold in chopped shrimp and refrigerate overnight.
