Shrimp With Cilantro Lime Cocktail Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Ketchup | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cilantro - chopped | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lime juice | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Horseradish | 
| 3 | Hot pepper sauce | |
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Cooked shrimp - chilled | 
| Cracked ice | ||
| Lime wedges or slices | 
1. To make the sauce combine the ketchup, cilantro, lime juice, horseradish and hot pepper sauce in a bowl.
2. Cover and store in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
3. To serve, place shrimp on a bed of cracked ice, garnish with lime wedges and serve with sauce.
