Spicy Party Pecans Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter or margarine - melted |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chili powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Curry powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce - up to 2 |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Hot pepper sauce |
| 2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Pecan halves |
Heat oven to 300F. Combine all seasonings, blend well.
Add pecans, toss to coat.
Bake 30 - 35 minutes or until crisp and toasted, stirring occasionally.
Yield: 2 cups
