Wild Rice With Chili Recipe - Cooking Index

| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Corn oil |

| 240 | Parboiled rice with wild | |
| Rice - (3 dl.) | ||
| 4 1/2 | Vegetable broth - optional garnish | |
| Chili | ||
| Fresh chives |
Fry onions in oil until translucent. Add chili and rice, followed by the broth.
Boil 20 minutes. covered. Let stand for 5-10 minutes. and fluff with a fork.
If desired, garnish with chili and fresh chives.
