Zingy Chili Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Tomatoes - drained -- | |
| Mashed | ||
| 2 | Black olives -- | |
| Chopped | ||
| 1 | Green onions - chopped | |
| 4 oz | 113g | Fresh mushrooms - chopped |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vinegar |
| 1 | Diced green chilies -- | |
| Drained | ||
| 1 | Tomato sauce | |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Olive oil |
| 10 | ||
| Garlic - finely diced | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
| Tortilla chips |
Redrain tomatoes, removing as much juice as possible.
Mix with all other ingredients. Allow to chill for several hours to blend flavors.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Note - will keep for up to two weeks in frig if tightly covered.
