Zippy Cheese Spread

Recipe Ingredients

3 tablespoons	45ml	Red wine
5 tablespoons	75ml	Prepared horseradish - drained
1/2		Lemon - juice of
1 1/2 tablespoons	22ml	Dry mustard
4 tablespoons	60ml	Worcestershire sauce
1		Garlic - minced
2		Cold-pack cheese spread*

Recipe Instructions

*Such as Wispride.

Blend everything except cheese in the food processor. Add cheese a little at a time and blend until smooth. Don't over process or it will be runny. Pack in crocks and chill.

Note: Our kids used to make this for their teachers. Search out small crocks, gather plastic wrap around and tie with a decorative spreader or knife. Tuck in a sprig of evergreen.
