Zucchini Dip - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 oz | 28g | Zucchini (small) |
| 1 oz | 28g | Avocado (small) |
| 8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Wine vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dried parsley |
| 1/4 | Onion | |
| 1 | Garlic | |
| Salt and pepper |
Steam or microwave the zucchini until soft.
Add all ingredients into blender and blend well.
