Chinese-Style Bbq Pork Ribs Recipe - Cooking Index

| Toasted sesame seeds - for garnish | ||
| Marinade | ||
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Oyster sauce |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Hoisin sauce |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh ginger - minced |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Garlic - minced |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sweet sherry |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chinese chili paste with garlic |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Peanut oil |
Combine all marinade ingredients and blend well.
Marinate ribs in Ziploc bag from 12-48 hours.
Smoke ribs using standard BBQ methods.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on ribs before serving.
