Diablo Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Honey |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Curry powder |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Black pepper |
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Butter |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dijon mustard |
| 1 | Garlic - peeled and minced | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chili powder |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
Put all of the above ingredients into a saucepan and stir to mix.
Then bring to a low simmer and cook for 3 minutes - stirring to prevent scorching.
Cool it and store in a jar in the refrigerator.
Label and date it. It will remain in good condition - refrigerated - for 10 days to 2 weeks.
