Lemon Rosemary Grilled Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 | Chicken breasts - boneless skinless | |
| Marinade | ||
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Lemon juice |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil - or vegetable oil |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dry rosemary - or 2 tbs fresh |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Honey |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dijon mustard |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Garlic cloves - minced (large) |
| 1 | Pepper |
Marinate chicken overnight in refrigerator.
Prepare grill and grill over direct heat until done--internal temperature of no more than 165F. Do not over-cook.
