| 3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Beef roast |
| 3 | Garlic - minced | |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Vinegar |
| 1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Brown sugar |
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Garlic salt |
| 3 teaspoons | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
| 1 | White onion - chopped | |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Ketchup |
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Paprika |
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Cayenne pepper |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chili powder |
Cook meat slowly until shreadable, shred with a couple forks or by hand. Combine remaining ingredients, stir into meat simmering 15-30 minutes.
