Garlic and Mint Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/4 cup | 10g / 0.4oz | Mint leaves - fresh or dry |
| 4 | Garlic close - crushed | |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Peanut oil |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Red wine vinegar |
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Sherry |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Soy sauce |
Chop the mint finely. Mix in the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Place meat in marinade for several hours, turning occasionally. Drain the meat before placing on the grill.
