Justin's Barbecue Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 6 cups | 375g / 13oz | Onions - chopped |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Honey |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Garlic - chopped |
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Lemon juice |
| 2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Sweet pepper - chopped |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Salt |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Parsley - dried |
| 6 tablespoons | 90ml | Lea & Perrin's |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Dry white wine |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Mint - dried |
| 6 tablespoons | 90ml | Vinegar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Liquid smoke |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Louisiana hot sauce |
Place all ingredients in a pot that is big enough to hold them. Bring to a boil. Cook, covered, on low heat for several hours. From Justin Wilson's "Outside Cooking with Inside Help"
