Kit's Coleslaw Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 oz | 56g | Peanut oil |
| 1/2 oz | 14g | Lime juice |
| 1/2 oz | 14g | Cider vinegar |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Mustard |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Celery salt |
| 1 oz | 28g | Mayonnaise |
| Salt and pepper | ||
| 1 | Paprika | |
| 1 | Cabbage - shredded | |
| 1 | Onion - minced (small) | |
| 2 | Jalapenos - (or more) minced |
Mix first 8 ingredients and whisk. Pour over remaining ingredients. Better if made 12 hours ahead.
